· building the largest community of entrepreneurs on the internet

Come with an idea. Leave with an app that earns.

Four weeks. You build it with AI, ship it to a real link, get your first users, and take your first payment. I am on a live call with you every week. You need an idea and a laptop. The AI does the typing.

Three people who came in with nothing built

A dentist in Surrey came to a 2-hour session, built and published his first web app on the call, and signed up for the full program the same week.
A man in Eastern Canada had been trying to make extra income on his own for months. His words: "I needed someone to show me the way." He paid two minutes after saying he would think about it, and had the handbook and the first two lessons the same night.
A student in Vancouver messaged first: "Is it still holding today?" He was in the next session.

Real people from August 2026. Names withheld, receipts on file.

The four weeks

Week 1
Scope and validate. Pick one idea, shrink it to the one feature people will pay for, and check it with real humans before you build. No surveys, no theory.
Week 2
Ship fast. Build it with Claude, put it on a real link with your name on it. This is the week most people never get past. You get past it on a live call with me.
Week 3
Users and data. Logins, a database, and your first real users in the app.
Week 4
Monetize. Payments switched on, a launch checklist, and your first paying customer as the goal.

How it runs

One live call every week with me, small group. You build on the call, I unblock you on the spot.
A private group chat for the cohort. Ask anything between calls, get an answer the same day.
A daily check-in. One line a day on what you built. Momentum is the whole game, and the group sees it.
Recorded lessons and the handbook for the setup, so the calls are for building.

Who this is for

You work full time and have been sitting on an idea.
You want an income from something you own, and you have heard AI can build it now.
You can give it a few hours a week and one live call.
You want to ship something real. If you want theory and videos to watch later, this will frustrate you.

Questions people ask

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe what you want and direct the AI. Directing well is the skill you are learning.

What do I need?

A laptop and a ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro subscription, about $20 a month. I use and recommend Claude. Hosting and code storage are free.

Web app or mobile app?

Web first, because it ships in days and runs on every phone from a link. Mobile comes after you have shipped once.

What if I fall behind?

You keep the recordings and the handbook for life, and the group chat stays open through the cohort. The daily check-in exists so falling behind gets noticed on day one, not week three.

Is this the "Vancouver Workshop" ad?

Yes. Same person, same sessions. EntrepreneurDB is the name of the thing, and it runs online for anyone in Canada or the US.

Who I am

Karthik Kottapalli. Software developer for over ten years, building products for companies in the US and Canada, then for myself. I grew a Reddit community to thousands of members by posting every day for a year, built a market scanning tool that people paid for, and in August 2026 taught my first paying students to ship their own web apps. I build first versions fast and I teach the same way. Based in Vancouver. LinkedIn
